Black Tie Balls and Proms. Piers Photography offers several ways to cover your event

• We will attend your event and shoot reportage coverage of the event and make the fully processed images available in a web gallery which is sharable and items can be purchased from. A fee will be charged depending on the time requirement to cover the event.
• We will attend your event and bring their mobile studio with an instant printing suite and take all the event photographs you require. Each guest will exchange their ticket for a print of their choice. The pictures will be printed on the night as 9 x 6 prints and placed in cardboard mounts. Piers Photography will place all the photographs on their website for viewing and purchase after the Event.
• No booking fee (exclusive to this deal)
• Prints are charged at a much lower cost than normal
• The event organisers add the price to each ticket which is payable to Piers Photography
• Each ticket will be exchanged for a picture
• Full evening coverage
• Printing on the night
• All prints mounted in cardboard mounts
• All prints 9 x 6
• Additional pictures required on the night sold at the same price
• Web sales are sold @ the normal price

The last method is for a booking fee to be paid by the organisers and then each guest is free to purchase the prints they require at the normal price. Once a given number of prints have been sold the Booking fee will be returned prorate as sales increase.
